| The purpose of the CG Run Team is to train athletes to complete and compete in races around the nation. The 8 or 16 week training program focuses on incorporating strength, speed, and endurance training while maintaining and developing a healthy body and mind. Every Run Team offers an optional weekly group speed workout and group long run. The CG Run Team is open to all runners, from beginners to elites, who are looking to run and enjoy running. Training is available for 5K's, 10K's, half and full marathons. |
