| Jeff brings five years of personal training, five years of NFL playing experience, and seven seasons of coaching to the CG team. Jeff earned his bachelor's degree in Health Education at Eastern Washington University where he became the first athlete to win Academic All-American honors. Jeff credits his passion, hard work, and dedication for allowing him to play football at both the collegiate and professional level. As a receiver and return specialist in the NFL from 1998 to 2002, his five-year career included positions on the Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, and Baltimore Ravens. Jeff has been an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and NESTA Nutrition Counselor since opening his fitness club in Pittsburgh. His specialties range from permanent weight loss in women to muscle gain and sport-specific training for athletes. Jeff's experience as a professional athlete, coaching at the collegiate and professional levels, and having a degree in health education have allowed him to develop a unique approach to fitness. |
